At Sara & Beth Gifts, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to offer store credit on eligible items.

Returns & Store Credit

We offer store credit within 14 days of purchase on full-priced clothing items. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer store credit or exchanges.

All jewelry, handbags, and sale purchases are FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unused, in the same condition as received, have original tags attached, and be free of stains, odors, perfume, or fragrances.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please note that in your package. If the requested item is available, we will ship it to you. If it is unavailable, we will issue store credit via email.

Missing Store Credit

Only regular-priced clothing items are eligible for store credit. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
